Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after order confirmation (for Cash on Delivery orders). Once your order is processed, it will be packed carefully and handed over to a trusted courier partner for delivery.

Please note that during high-demand periods such as festivals (Janmashtami, Diwali, Holi, etc.), public holidays, or unexpected natural conditions (heavy rain, transportation delays, etc.), dispatch may take slightly longer than usual.

Delivery Time

After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is:

  • Metro Cities: 4–5 business days

  • Other Locations: 4–8 business days

Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your location and courier service availability.

Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders

  • ₹50 shipping charge on orders up to ₹500

  • Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹500

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • A flat COD charge of ₹60 will be applied to all COD orders.
