Return & Refund Policy

At Samarpan Enterprise, we ensure that every product is carefully checked and packed before shipping. However, if you face any issue with your order, please review our return and refund guidelines below.


Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

  • You receive a damaged or defective product

  • You receive a wrong product

  • The product received is different from what was ordered

To be eligible for a return:

  • The return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging

  • You must provide clear photos or videos of the issue


Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • If the product has been used or damaged after delivery

  • If the size was selected incorrectly by the customer

  • If the return request is made after 48 hours of delivery

  • Items purchased during special sales or discounted offers (if applicable)

Since Laddoo Gopal dresses and shringar items are devotional and delicate products, returns are only accepted for genuine issues.


Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order

  2. Share your Order ID and issue details

  3. Attach clear photos or a short video showing the problem

Once verified, our team will guide you through the return process.


Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected.

  • For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.


Exchange Policy

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we may offer:

  • Replacement of the same product, or

  • Refund, depending on availability.
